Where would you fit?
As a critical member of the team, reporting to the Senior Product Owner, Financial Experience, you'll be instrumental in shaping our InLife product experiences. Working closely with cross-functional teams - you'll develop intuitive solutions that foster engagement, satisfaction, and long-term loyalty. Your leadership will ensure our digital products deliver seamless, intuitive, and delightful experiences that resonate with our customers.
Role Overview
- Ownership of projects that involve end-to-end features or products with comfort working in planning, discovery and ambiguity
- Deliver customer-centric experiences through the creation of customer journey maps, wireframes, user flows, detailed UI and interactive prototypes including detailed documentation
- Work with other Designers to create and implement a cohesive UX strategy for our InLife products • Be a champion for our Unloan Design System - be a key contributor of components and design artefacts from the InLife Crew
- Partner with product owners to identify user needs, conduct user testing, and incorporate feedback to iteratively improve and inform product decisions
- Manage stakeholders from diverse groups including Product Owners, Engineering, Customer Operations, Marketing, Legal and Compliance representatives
- Drive detailed design and delivery handoff to ensure design assets and specifications fit with their requirements
Experience
- 5+ years of UX and/or UI design experience in both startups and established organisations.
- Strong communication skills with demonstrated success presenting design in a clear and persuasive manner
- Confident cross-functional stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Strong problem-solving, conceptual and design skills to drive solutions at all levels of detail across responsive web platform
- An ability to visualise solutions in appropriate ways: e.g. flows, free-hand sketching, white-board facilitation, wire framing and prototyping
- Strong UI design skills and can create high-fidelity screens and prototypes in Figma. You are well-versed in design systems, components, grids, styles, and typography.
- Experience running and using customer research, usability testing, behavioral or digital analytics to drive and enhance design optimisation
- Experience successfully planning and managing UX project delivery within an agile development framework to agreed timeframes and budgets
