Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Individual contributor Senior React Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex web applications using Angular (Version 12 and above). You will work closely with crossfunctional teams, including Product managers, Product Owners, Designers, and Backend/Frontend developers, to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Angular and experience in developing large-scale web applications. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and Maintain Web Applications: Build and maintain complex, highperformance web applications using Angular (latest versions) with a focus on scalability, security, and performance. • Design and Architecture: Collaborate with architects and team leads to design robust, scalable solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices, code standards, and responsive design principles. • UI/UX Integration: Work closely with the design team to ensure seamless integration of user interfaces and experiences, delivering intuitive, high-quality user interfaces. • Component Development: Develop reusable components and modules, contributing to a consistent, maintainable, and scalable codebase. • Optimization and Performance Tuning: Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability and ensure cross-browser compatibility. • Collaboration: Work in an Agile environment, participating in Iterations, stand-ups, and retrospectives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver product features and enhancements. • Testing and Debugging: Write unit tests using tools like Karma or Jasmine, ensure code quality, and debug complex technical issues to ensure seamless functionality. • API Integration: Collaborate with backend developers to integrate with RESTful APIs and ensure smooth communication between the front-end and back-end services. Requirements: • Experience: 5+ years of experience in front-end development, with at least 3 years of experience specifically working with Angular (Angular 12+). • Technical Skills: o Strong proficiency in Angular (latest versions) and TypeScript. o Solid experience with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. o Experience with state management libraries (e.g., NgRx, RxJS). o Experience with RESTful API integration and real-time data handling o Proficiency in writing unit tests using Jasmine, Karma, or similar tools. o Familiarity with version control systems like Git. o Experience in optimizing web applications for performance and scalability. • UI/UX Understanding: Strong understanding of responsive design, UI/UX principles, and cross-browser compatibility. • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues. • Agile Experience: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and continuous improvement. • Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and a willingness to mentor junior developers. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with server-side technologies (e.g., .net) is a plus. • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments (AWS, Azure) is a plus. • Experience in e2e testing frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Protractor). • Experience in building 0 to 1 software and can manage various software versions. • Should be able to pick up new tools/libraries and work quickly but not limited to this. • Should be eager to learn and ramp up quickly. • Should work independently and provide solution for UI issues.
