The responsibilities and key activities that the Non-KONE Equipment Technical Support Specialist is either accountable for, or responsible to execute.
- Collect, create, and maintain material technical data for the chosen competitor product in relevant KONE tools
- Develop spare part offering and documentation (AR, PIP) for the chosen competitor product platform
- Provide material technical support of competitor products spare parts for frontline and global projects
- Provide support for competitor equipment material technical issues (SEB Issue tool)
- Create new alternate equivalent solutions (fit kits, Noctua, service repair packages)
- Work closely with Procurement team to source the required competitor spare parts.
- Work closely with CHN FL to define the process and plans.
- Provide material technical support for competitor equipment nonconformities (info letter)
- Any other task given by manager
Perfromance Measures
- Response time and closure time of issues
- Number AR documents, Spare articles (SKU)
- Quality targets e.g. Spare part data accuracy in related system (PDM, SAP, PIP)

Professional requirements
- Technical experience with global competitor products (minimum 3 years)
- Proven spares project implementation and change management experience (minimum 3 years)
- Bachelor’s degree or other relevant experience
- Fluent in English, other languages are an asset
- IT literacy
- Willing to travel
Entry-level requirements
- Basic English skills
- Technical understanding of elevators/escalators/doors spare parts where applicable, both KONE and non-KONE
