Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter with deep expertise in IT recruitment across LATAM. The ideal candidate has a strong network, a proven track record of hiring top-tier tech talent, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for IT roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier technical professionals.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and drive the best recruitment practices.
- Utilize ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates’ technical and cultural fit.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and talent availability across LATAM.
- 8+ years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a staff augmentation or outsourcing environment.
- Strong knowledge of technical roles, including Developers, QA Engineers, and Business Analysts.
- Proficiency in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, Boolean search, etc.).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Full professional proficiency in English (C1/C2 level).
- Experience working with international teams and clients.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized.
