About the opportunity
The RegTech Segment at N26 creates a secure, compliant by design, environment where seamless access to essential IT assets empowers individuals and teams to innovate and achieve their highest impact with confidence and minimal risk.
We are looking for a data-driven, technically savvy, (Senior) Technical Product Manager to build internal products and help deliver key growth and operational metrics.
Being a bank, Treasury and Corporate Finance are one of the most important functions. We have quite a few tools specifically to address some of the challenges in Treasury, which connect with the rest of services in the landscape, making it a complex architecture. As we scale as a business, we want to bring some improvements to the tooling and quality of data that is being exchanged between these systems.
In this role, you will:

Own the product area, the long-term vision, the roadmap, the results, the strategy and metrics for the RegTech segment and support peers in your team in doing the same for their teams.

Maintain and refine the backlog for an essential, internal product

Partner with stakeholders across N26 to build the product strategy and long term roadmaps

Use your Finance background to come up with product features and processes for important problems

Help us understand where there are inefficiencies in the way that we do things and create solutions to enable our product, engineering, and design teams to make the biggest impact.

Constantly work to evolve our processes and systems towards increasing precision and dependability, while still maintaining the agility.

Generate regulatory documentation

Document and communicate goals clearly and comprehensively to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Take the lead on various Regulatory Technology initiatives while delivering other cross-functional projects

Profound understanding of Change Management and Risk Management

Represent the team’s responsibilities in audits

Lead a team
What you need to be successful:

Solid experience in Finance and specifically Treasury topics
-
Solid knowledge of defining, tracking and using Product KPIs
-
Experience developing products and implementing integrations
-
Expert knowledge of Agile methodologies
-
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, bridging the gap between technical and product professionals to drive balanced prioritization and collaboration

Experience leading a small team
-
Familiarity with Software development lifecycle

Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
