NVIDIA Networking business unit, IC silicon product engineering department, is looking for a hardworking multidisciplinary engineer to join a highly skilled existing team and develop new high-end company products by implementing/maintaining its testing framework/infrastructure, implementing and assimilating new tests and validating correctness, and defining new features with the target of reaching higher quality product in a shorter time. The primary responsibility of this position will be to obtain users requirements for the testing framework or product validation coverage, analyze them, break them down into technical components, implement them on our current testing framework or modify existing components, and assimilate existing/new tools/tests for the upcoming product.
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop and maintain hardware testing framework and tests using Python
- Work with cross-functional teams in different fields around the globe to identify customers' needs and provide solutions
- Implementation of new features/tools/tests.
- Drive improvements for performance, quality, and stability of the testing framework
- Creating and maintaining CI/CD processes
What we need to see:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer/software science
- 5+ years of proven experience in software development (Python preferably)
- Knowledge of Object Oriented Programming and design patterns
- Knowledge of testing methodologies and CI/CD
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team player and lead tasks end-to-end with the right prioritization
- Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment with great atmosphere and teamwork
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
- Proven experience with Silicon (pre/post) validation.
- Proven experience in database queries, dashboards, Power BI and report generation.
- Ability to look at the details on one hand and to see the bigger picture on the other hand.
- Familiarization with Linux OS .
