Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex IT projects involving multiple components, technologies, vendors and sites across geographies.
  • Ability to manage resource requirements across various locations globally.
  • Work closely with cross functional team members such as Sales / Marketing , Product Management, Finance, HR etc., on regular basis.
  • Provide updates on project status through weekly reports or email communications.
  • Identify risks early on during the course of the program life cycle and develop mitigation plans accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures at all times.
  • Collaborate with other senior PMs within the organization to share best practices and knowledge transfer initiatives.
  • Coordinate resources between business units when required.
  • Develop relationships internally and externally with key stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and written form.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent experience

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 18+ years of relevant work experience required & 6+ years Program Management.
  • Experience in managing large scale programs spanning multiple countries would be highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodology.
  • Good communication skills – both written & verbal.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising on quality standards.
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities.
  • Interpersonal skills needed for effective collaboration with internal teams as well as external customers/vendors etc.
