Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition specialist to support end to end recruitment process across various departments in Analog Devices India. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the VLSI technology, semiconductor industry, a proven track record in technical recruitment and required skills in managing reports and providing competitive market insights.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop and implement proactive TA strategies and build a talent pipeline of diverse and qualified Digital / Analog VLSI skills & software talents for current and future business needs.
  • Manage end-to-end of the hiring process from sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary proposals and approvals to hire.
  • Organize and co-ordinate events /recruitment drives to build pipeline.
  • Prepare reports, analytics and presentations for leadership team to provide insights of recruitment status and talent market landscape.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Create an excellent experience, supporting talent assessment, evaluating skills and client needs, and driving the interview and offer process.
  • Influence hiring managers on their hiring strategy and provide status updates on open roles.
  • Partner with key business, staffing, and hiring stakeholders to build solutions for diversity, equity, and inclusion goals.
  • Mentoring junior coordinators and contract recruiters.
  • Implement University Relationship plans & solutions for campuses across India and deliver results.
  • Be the relationship owner of assigned campuses and build Analog Devices brand among stakeholders such as placement cell, placement coordinators, students to improve hiring quality and numbers.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 6 years’ related experience and a successful track record in a VLSI recruitment / Semicon software environment.
  • Ability to hire at an entry level from campuses while keeping the Analog Devices bar high.
  • Having deep knowledge of the semiconductor talent environment, market trends, competitors, and general talent availability
  • Create and drive best-in-class experiences that delight candidates and hiring team members.
  • Experience in developing, aligning, and executing recruitment strategy to meet recruitment initiatives and organizational needs.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.

For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export  licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.  As such, applicants for this position – except US Citizens, US Permanent Residents, and protected individuals as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) – may have to go through an export licensing review process.
