Sr Specialist, Equity & Rewards – Billerica, MA
The Role:
Our site in Billerica, MA is seeking a Total Rewards Specialist to join our team. The position plays a key role in the execution of Entegris’ equity and rewards programs. This position focuses on administering equity and rewards programs to help attract and retain employees, while enhancing internal processes and employee experience. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, experience administering global stock plans in Fidelity at a public company, high attention to detail and effective project management skills. The Equity & Rewards Analyst is a part of the Total Rewards team and reports to the Director, Executive Compensation.
What You’ll Do:
60% Stock Plan Administration:
- Proactively manage the end-to-end activities of stock plan administration for Entegris’ equity compensation programs including processing of grants, distributions, stock option exercises, and cancellations within Fidelity.
- Manage Entegris’ Global Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) including open enrollment, election changes and purchase event by partnering with Global HR, Finance, Payroll, Transfer Agent and Fidelity.
- Manage integrity of plan participant and equity data, ensuring data is up-to-date and accurate; audits and reconciles records between Stock Administration, HR, and Payroll systems.
- Coordinate with Global Payroll to maintain current and accurate tax withholding and reporting.
- Assist with process improvements to the stock administration function, including automating processes and work streams where possible.
- Partner effectively and proactively with Finance, Legal, HR, and Payroll and external vendors in the administration and communication of equity compensation.
- Provide excellent customer service to plan participants and cross-functional partners.
20% Deferred Compensation:
- Day-to-day execution of Entegris’ Supplemental Executive and Retirement Plan (SERP) and Board of Director Deferred Compensation Program including open enrollment, program administration, processing distributions and reporting.
- Partner effectively and proactively with Finance, Legal, HR, Payroll and external vendors in the administration and communication of deferred compensation programs.
20% Ad-hoc Projects:
- Participate in ad-hoc projects as needed to support compensation programs on the total rewards team.
What We Seek:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
- Experience with Fidelity Stock Plan services is required.
- Minimum of five years of global equity administration in a publicly traded company.
- Certified Equity Professional (CEP) is preferred.
- Knowledge of various equity award types (ISO, NSO, RSU, PSU, ESPP, etc.).
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance matters related to global equity programs and taxation.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, efficiently prioritize tasks, and adhere to critical deadlines.
- Must demonstrate attention to detail, analytical abilities and consistent follow-through, including project management skills.
- Advanced Excel user (i.e. pivot tables, xlookup, vlookup).
- Affinity for customer service, demonstrating excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Able to maintain strict confidentiality and data privacy.
