  • Ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards and budgetary constraints.
  • Tracking and reporting on progress, adjusting plans as necessary to meet evolving needs and priorities.
  • Serving as the point person for all project communications, ensuring clear, timely, and consistent updates to all stakeholders, including People Leadership Team, HRBPs, People Operations, etc.
  • Partnering with department heads and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support in delivering DEI, L&D, and culture-building initiatives.
  • Coordinating with external vendors, consultants, or other third-party partners when necessary to support program execution.
  • Proactively identifying potential risks or roadblocks to project success and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
  • Resolving project-related issues as they arise, ensuring that teams stay focused on deliverables and deadlines.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the impact of Culture, DEI, and L&D projects, using metrics and feedback to identify areas of improvement.
  • Developing project reports and dashboards to provide regular updates on key performance indicators (KPIs), timelines, and budget adherence.
  • Continuously improving project management processes, introducing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Managing project budgets, ensuring all initiatives are delivered within financial constraints.
  • Working closely with the VP of Culture to forecast costs, track expenditures, and adjust financial plans as necessary.

We're looking for candidates who have:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, ideally within HR, DEI, or L&D functions.
  • Proven success in delivering complex projects on time and within scope, with a focus on quality and impact.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience using project management tools (e.g., Monday, Trello) to manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • A passion for fostering inclusive cultures and supporting employee growth through learning and development initiatives.
  • Execution-Oriented: Ability to lead projects from concept through completion with a focus on delivering high-impact results.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong ability to troubleshoot project challenges and adapt plans quickly to ensure success.
  • Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities and project scopes may shift rapidly.
