What you’ll do

• Enhance the procurement-to-pay process using Danaher Business System tools.
• Manage service provider statement of work (SOW) process.
• Guide internal clients and suppliers through the source-to-pay (S2P) process.
• Support business integrations, including ERP testing and supplier data migration.
• Communicate outstanding and overdue orders to requesters and suppliers.
• Support warehouse pass-through product purchases.
• Conduct S2P training and Q&A sessions.

Who you are

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in source to pay field (Purchasing, AP, Operations, Finance).
• Experience with supplier information management systems, accounts payables, Oracle, SAP or similar source to pay support platforms is desired.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in parallel, both short and long term.
• Drive for results utilizing project management, organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a matrixed reporting environment, reporting to a manager in US.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, for both written and verbal communication
