ABOUT THE TEAM
We are a dynamic international team developing a UWB based Real-Time Locating System (RTLS) enabling our solutions in industries applications. To realize the precision and scalability of our product for modern IoT solutions, we are developing a full stack of software components including firmware, backend and frontend applications.
Join our full-stack team to scale existing solutions and create innovative KINEXON products in collaboration with your colleagues from our software and hardware departments.
YOUR TASKS
As (Senior) Software Engineer in our agile RTLS team you will...
- develop our full stack service suite
- update our existing service to keep up with technologic advance
- design APIs within our RTLS ecosystem
- enable full stack system testing in our CI (Continuous Integration) pipelines
- extend portfolio of our services using various modern technologies
- update our existing service to keep up with technologic advances
- take on technical leadership developing new software products
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
For this opportunity we are looking for someone with
- Completion of a university degree or comparable qualification
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Golang
- Experience with REST and WebSocket based APIs
- Enthusiasm in modern software solutions like containerization with docker
- Very good English skills
Additional nice to haves:
- Experience in real-time networking and distributed systems development
- Experience with frontend e.g. HTML, Java Script and Vue.js
- A history of developing Linux services and working with associated infrastructure and tooling
- Experience with Matlab
We usually also emphasized the real-time and network aspect of the system
OUR TECH STACK
Our diverse tech stack allows us to develop robust and efficient services. Here is a breakdown of the technologies we use:
Frontend: Our frontend is written in Vue.js 2.7. To enhance performance in some components we use WebAssembly written in Rust
Backend: Relevant backend services are written in Golang, C++, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript
Testing: Frontend testing is conducted using Cypress within GitLab CI. For backend services, we use a Python BDD testing framework, along with additional tooling in Python
