Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will take ownership of features, modules, or products depending on the scope. You will be responsible for working with the PM team to define technical requirements and develop detailed UI/UX designs. You will write and review code based on modern frontend development best practices. Your responsibilities include unit testing, ensuring code quality, and optimizing performance. Ownership of product delivery involves product demos, ensuring error-free production deployments, and troubleshooting frontend issues.
Must-Haves:
- 7-12 years of development experience in frontend technologies.
- Expertise in React.js (React 16+) and modern component-based architecture.
- Experience with state management libraries like Redux Toolkit, Recoil, or Zustand.
- Proficiency in TypeScript for scalable and maintainable frontend applications.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
- Hands-on experience with UI frameworks such as Material UI, Tailwind CSS, or Chakra UI.
- Experience developing and optimizing single-page applications (SPAs).
- Proficiency with modern testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright, or Cypress.
- Experience integrating frontend applications with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
- Experience with frontend build tools and module bundlers like Webpack, Vite, or ESBuild.
- Proficiency in version control systems (Git/GitHub/GitLab).
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes for frontend applications.
- Experience in performance improvement and scalability of frontend applications.
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Nice to Have:
- Experience in Angular (12+) and hybrid frontend architectures.
- Familiarity with design systems and component-driven development.
- Experience in micro-frontend architecture and module federation.
- Knowledge of authentication and authorization (OAuth, JWT, OpenID Connect).
- Experience with observability tools like Grafana, Prometheus, and Sentry.
- Experience in event-driven architectures using WebSockets, Kafka, or Firebase Realtime Database.
- Experience working with headless CMS solutions like Strapi or Contentful.
- Experience with internationalization (i18n) and accessibility (WCAG).
