Position Purpose:
The Senior SEO Copywriter will play a critical role in our Revenue Marketing team by creating unique, accurate, highly engaging, and SEO-optimized content to elevate the company’s brand and online presence.
Principle Accountabilities (Key Result Areas)

Conduct SEO and content audits to identify improvement opportunities.

Optimize existing web pages and content following SEO best practices.

Develop and manage a content calendar aligned with the company’s marketing objectives.

Write high-quality content, including blogs, white papers, e-books, and more, for organic and paid campaigns.

Ensure all media content reflects the company’s messaging and embodies its culture.

Monitor and report on SEO key performance indicators, providing actionable insights.

Output-driven: Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Analytical mindset: Proficient in understanding analytics and creating reports using SEO tools.

Research-oriented: Curious and capable of simplifying complex topics into easily digestible content.

Detail-oriented: Strong proofreading skills with the ability to identify and resolve inconsistencies or errors.
Knowledge

Proven experience as a creative copywriter with 3–5 years in an SEO writing or copywriting role.

Expertise in on-page SEO (off-page and technical SEO skills are a bonus).

Proficient in Google SEO tools, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Keyword Planner, and Google Trends.

Experience writing for B2B audiences, ideally within the Outsourcing/BPO sector.

Familiarity with Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress, Magento, Shopify).

Hands-on experience with third-party SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or PageSpeed Insights.

Ability to analyze data and create actionable reports using SEO tools.

Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot.

Familiarity with AI tools and their application in content creation.
