Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer
Location: Open to candidates in Costa Rica
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with expertise in Boomi, Sales Modules, Service Cloud modules, and Certinia. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in Salesforce development and a strong background in project management and team leadership. This role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining robust Salesforce solutions tailored to our organization's needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Implement and manage integrations with Boomi and other third-party systems.
- Develop and maintain Sales Cloud and Service Cloud modules.
- Develop and maintain Certinia for project management, task management, and resource management.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
- Ensure the scalability and performance of Salesforce applications.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce development.
- Proficiency in Boomi, Sales Modules, Service Cloud modules, and Certinia.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
- Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator) are a plus.
