We're looking for a dynamic and extroverted professional to join our team as a Senior Sales & Relationship Manager.


Role Overview:

As a Senior Sales & Relationship Manager working in the Enterprise Sales Unit team (ESU), you will be part of the forefront of our growth strategy, driving new business development and fostering robust relationships with partners. Your primary focus will be on expanding our partner ecosystem within the Microsoft Business Applications space, specifically targeting Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM) partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development & Sales:
  • Identify, target, and acquire new business opportunities within the Microsoft Business Applications ecosystem, with a focus on F&SCM.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for strategic partners to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Leverage your deep understanding of our Services offering to F&SCM Partners, to position our solutions effectively in the market.
  • Leveraging our great F&SCM consultancy business line selling; Technical services such as: Development services, upgrade services and / or assessments, Managed Services, Evergreening a.o.

  • Relationship Building:

  • Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers with our strategic partners.
  • Develop a robust network of Microsoft F&SCM partners, identifying opportunities for collaboration and growth.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.

  • Partnership Development:

  • Proactively identify and recruit new partners to expand our network and by that enhancing our partners service offerings.
  • Create and maintain business plans for these partners to drive mutual growth and market penetration.
  • Collaborate closely with partners to align strategies and maximize opportunities within the F&SCM domain.

  • Market Analysis & Strategy:

  • Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies within Microsoft F&SCM, CE&PP.
  • Provide strategic input to the leadership team based on market insights and partner feedback.
  • Participate in industry events, webinars, Companial Connects and networking opportunities to enhance the company's visibility and reputation.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in sales, business development, or management within Microsoft F&SCM business Applications
  • A strong network of existing relationships within the Microsoft partner ecosystem would be welcomed
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building trust and rapport quickly.
  • Highly self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A good understanding of Finance & Supply Chain projects and processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Good English skills, written and spoken. Our company language is English
