Responsibilities:
- Manage the Sales Team and Key accounts in Chubu (Central) and West (Kansai) Region of Japan
- Understand customer needs and product strategies. Suggest Allegro solutions to customer
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers with a focus on business development.
- Manage Sales forecast and achieve business development objectives set by the Corporate.
- Support business case justifications for new business opportunities
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Communication with related teams in HQ and Business Units.
- Manage functional team (including distributors) and achieve the above duties
Minimum Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree with a major of related technical fields
- 10+ years of working experience in sales/marketing role in semiconductor or auto industry
- People management experience
- Knowledge of electronics circuit technology and system technology
- English communication skill (ability to host conference calls with US engineers)
Location: Osaka or Nagoya
