Job Description
- Work closely with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and assign project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives
- Carry out the program in compliance with the project management rules (compliance with quality, cost and deadline conditions described)
- Take in charge program after the need has been validated, knowing how to situate it not only within its own department but also within the company
- Manage program and project teams for optimal return on investment and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives
- Identify key requirements for cross-functional teams and external providers
- Develop and manage the budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
- Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the organization
- Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for managers and stakeholders
- Conducting audits
- Analysis of possible discrepancies and initiation of corrective actions
- Preparation and monitoring of action plans
Qualifications
- 10+ years’ experience in management of large international projects, in an upper-management role, preferably in program management. The candidates must have the experience by managing several stakeholders based in different locations – strong adaptability is expected
- Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders
- Outstanding knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Agile methodology
- Ability to negotiate
- Proven experience in Mainframe Systems
- Advanced level of English
