As a Senior Product Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that our partners receive efficient support, allowing them to focus on growth. You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to prevent recurring issues and drive continuous improvement in our solutions.

What We’re Looking For
Must-Have Skills & Experience

Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills - able to diagnose complex technical issues and communicate them effectively.

SQL proficiency - experience with joins, large datasets, query optimization, nested queries, and event-based data analysis.

Independence & Proactivity - capable of driving onboarding, learning quickly, and engaging with stakeholders to push investigations forward.

Clear and structured communication skills - able to translate technical problems into clear business impacts and vice versa.

Stakeholder management – experience working in a corporate setting with multiple teams across departments.
Nice-to-Have Skills

Knowledge of REST APIs – experience working with Postman or similar tools.

Python (Pandas) – for deeper data analysis and automation.

Microservices and event-driven architecture – understanding how these systems communicate and how to troubleshoot them.

Partner-facing experience – conducting workshops or training for external business users.
