Humana’s Primary Care Organization (PCO) is looking for a Senior Product Marketer to join the Local Acquisition Strategy team. The Primary Care Organization is Humana’s senior-focused healthcare provider. Our national primary care centers provide value-based care and represent more than 300+ physician practices, 750+ clinicians, and 300k+ patients across 25+ markets. The Primary Care Organization (PCO) is in the midst of significant growth. As a Senior Product Marketer on the Local Acquisition Strategy team, you will be an important part of the Marketing team and vital to the success of the PCO. We’re looking for a talented marketer who will play a key role in developing marketing strategies that deliver growth and build the CenterWell and Conviva brands supporting our Management Service Organization (MSO) business.
What you’ll do…
Reporting to a Lead on the Local Marketing Strategy team, this role is responsible for driving strategic planning with key business partners at the market level. You will ensure a comprehensive understanding and translation of business goals into actionable marketing strategies. Working closely with the Integrated Marketing team, you’ll ensure campaigns align with business objectives, foster seamless communication, and drive measurable impact.

Serving as the primary marketing liaison for senior business leaders, driving strategic planning, thoughtful socialization, and performance analysis throughout the customer journey

Leading the development of market-level marketing strategies that align with PCO’s overall objectives and drive patient acquisition

Acting as the marketing expert for PCO’s market leadership team and collaborating closely with Integrated Marketing to align annual marketing plans

Developing a deep understanding of market-level consumer insights, emerging trends, and competitive dynamics to drive innovative marketing strategies

Analyzing performance data to identify opportunities, developing strategic recommendations and pitching solutions to senior leadership—including projected financial modeling

Partnering with the growth team to align business strategies with consumer intelligence, ensuring marketing efforts are data-driven and impactful

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree

5+ years of experience in business, marketing strategy, digital marketing, or media marketing

Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into winning marketing strategies

Persuasive storyteller with strong executive presence and the ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders

Expertise in marketing frameworks and strategic planning

Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a resourceful, solutions-oriented approach

Self-starter with strong organizational skills, initiative, and follow-through

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$94,900 - $130,500 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
