Role

At Octus, the Data Technology & Platform product team drives the foundation of our world-class product experiences. We're seeking a talented Senior Product Manager to join our team and help us take things to the next level. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to design and deliver innovative features that enhance our users' experiences (both internal and external) while delivering true business value.

Responsibilities:

As Senior Product Manager for across Octus’ Authentication/Authorization and AI product areas, you will:

  • Own and drive the product management process end-to-end across Authentication/Authorization and AI product surfaces
  • Conduct user research, create wireframes/prototypes, and produce clear design documentation for new features/projects
  • Define the technology product roadmap for your areas while ensuring alignment with critical stakeholders
  • Partner closely with Engineering and QA during the development process to ensure timely delivery alongside high quality product
  • Perform project management responsibilities, such as backlog refinement and maintenance and leading or participating in sprint ceremonies

Collaborate cross functionally with teams such as Product Strategy, Customer Success, and our Executive Leadership Team ensuring alignment between product development direction and business goals

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a product management role 
  • 3+ years experience in a B2B context
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex concepts into simple and intuitive user experiences
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes at all levels of fidelity
  • Ability to partner with product, engineering, and QA teams

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in leading, designing, or managing projects related to Authentication and Authorization
  • Knowledge of credit markets and the financial industry
  • Experience with SQL
  • Experience with Jira / Confluence 
  • Experience with Figma

As a result, compensation may vary within and across similar roles and positions. Please note that the salary range information below is a good faith estimate for this position and actual compensation for any individual may fall outside this range if warranted by the circumstances applicable to that individual. If we identify a role that would be suitable for a broader range of skills and experience such that we would consider hiring at multiple levels then the range listed below may reflect that breadth.

The base salary range estimate for this position is $150,000 - $175,000

The actual compensation will be at Octus’s sole discretion and will be determined by the aforementioned and other relevant factors.
