The opportunity

We’re growing and looking for a Senior Product Manager - Learning Experience to join our team and create impactful learning experiences that bring Atomi’s mission to life. In this role, you’ll support over one million students globally as they navigate their educational journeys.

As our second product manager hire, you’ll help shape the future of Atomi—defining the direction of our products, strategy, and company growth. We’re searching for a solutions-driven individual who is passionate about tackling real-world challenges and ready to take full ownership of products that will drive Atomi’s success.

Reporting to the VP of Product and partnering closely with the Lead Product Manager, you’ll oversee our products from start to finish—ideation and strategy, through development and launch, to ongoing optimisation. This is a high-impact role where your understanding of student needs will directly influence Atomi’s outcomes.

If you’re excited by the chance to deliver scalable, student-centred solutions, we’d love to hear from you.

What you'll do

  • Product Development & Strategy
  • Drive the product lifecycle from strategy through execution, crafting and delivering roadmaps that prioritise both student needs and business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives to enhance the overall product experience, aligning closely with teams across Atomi.
  • Define, produce, and own key deliverables to guide products from ideation to launch, ensuring successful feature delivery and measurable impact.
  • Collaborate closely with Atomi’s Content team to continuously refine the learning experience, ensuring alignment with evolving student needs.
  • Contribute to advancing Atomi’s product management practices, helping to build a more effective, student-centred approach.
  • User-Centric Product Development
  • Advocate for our students in every stage of product development, ensuring their needs and perspectives shape development, delivery, and iteration.
  • Engage directly with users to gain a deep understanding of their needs, pain points, and behaviours, translating insights into impactful, user-focused product features.
  • Leverage data and customer feedback to drive strategy, enhance features, and strengthen Atomi’s content offering in meaningful ways.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy, positioning Atomi as a unique and compelling option in the educational landscape.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Design, Engineering, Product, Content, Sales, and Marketing to ensure seamless alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Define and communicate product positioning that aligns the product vision with market demands, supporting cross-functional teams in executing a cohesive company and go-to-market strategy.

What you'll bring to the role

  • Experienced in product management at a scaling company with a large customer base, ideally within the SaaS industry.
  • Strong knowledge in customer-focused product development, with a strong ability to tailor approaches to fit the company’s business model and unique customer needs.
  • Resourceful, self-motivated, and adaptable, thriving in a non-traditional, entrepreneurial, and collaborative environment.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, with a proactive, iterative approach to building impactful products.
  • Data-driven and analytical, skilled at using user feedback and behaviour insights to guide product decisions and prioritise features.
  • Collaborative by nature, excelling at cross-functional teamwork and effective communication across departments.
  • Skilled in problem-solving, with a strategic mindset to balance technical constraints and business objectives.
  • Passionate about continuous learning and growth, eager to develop both professionally and within the product domain.

  • Bonus points…
