Please note that we are an in-office company, which means the expectation is that you would come in to your Applied Intuition office 5 days a week. (Note this is not applicable for EpiSci job roles.)

• Lead the end-to-end design process from concept through implementation to improve operations and quality for multiple products.

• Ensure the rapid development and release of new interface features in 5-week release cycles.

• Review and assess our users’ “pain points,” autonomy development workflows, and feedback about our tools from their daily usage to establish and evaluate product design concepts.

• Liaise with project managers and engineers to create and validate user experience solutions for highly technical and complex interface and engineering challenges in our products.

• Draft PRDs (product requirements document) and develop and present usability test reports for each release to inform the roadmap of the products.

• Identify and implement methods to expand and evolve our "Dragonfruit" design system.
