Join our team as a Senior Platform Engineer, where you will provide operations and maintenance, system engineering, application development, and user support for our customers existing CI/CD pipeline and related technologies. In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting and maintaining ODSS application monitoring and Test Data Management solutions, as well as expanding to additional Enterprise capabilities.
In this role, you will:
- Implement DevSecOps CI/CD pipelines to support a multi-tenant environment, incorporating automated quality checks, security scanning, and infrastructure-as-code.
- Design and implement modern secure, resilient applications and automate platform and application deployment.
- Utilize AWS services, containerization technologies, and configuration management tools to support enterprise delivery and operations.
- Present and communicate technical designs and implementations to non-technical audiences, and provide insights into modernizing legacy software.
You may thrive in this role if you have the following skills:
- Active TS/SCI with Poloygraph clearance
- Bachelors degree in Computer Sciencer
- Extensive experience with DevSecOps CI/CD pipelines, incorporating Agile methodologies, end-to-end automation, and modern DevSecOps tools.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing secure, resilient applications and automated deployments using configuration management.
- Demonstrated experience with AWS services (S3, EBS, EC2), containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Rancher), and requirements tracking programs (JIRA, Confluence).
- Strong programming and scripting skills using Java, Spring, Python, and JavaScript, with expertise in SQL and DevSecOps-related tools (GitHub, Jenkins, Maven, Puppet).
- Experience in developing DevSecOps metrics, maintaining Nexus and Jenkins, integrating application performance monitoring, and modernizing legacy software.Strong programming and scripting skills using Java, Spring, Python, and JavaScript, with expertise in SQL and DevSecOps-related tools (GitHub, Jenkins, Maven, Puppet).
You may excel in this role if you have the following skills:
- Demonstrated experience implementing automated integration with Sponsor's IT Operations change management platform and adhering to its business operation processes.
- Demonstrated experience using other, non-AWS cloud service providers.
- Demonstrated experience performing DevOps practices with COTS.
- Demonstrated experience implementing Secrets Management and Automation such as Hashicorp Vault.
- Demonstrated experience implementing SonaType IQ.
- Demonstrated experience using data produced by CI/CD processes for Machine Learning to gain insights about the pipeline (DevML, OpsML).
