Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Network Engineering Support: Provide Network Engineering support to the Test Resource Management Center’s (TRMC) All Domain Test Range (ADTR) and INDOPACOM Pacific-Rim Multi-Domain Training and Experimentation Capability Team, Joint Mission Environment Test Capability (JMETC) Secret Network (JSN) Node, JMETC Multiple Independent Levels of Security Network (JMN) Node, Secret Defense Research and Engineering Network (SDREN), Defense Research and Engineering Network (DREN).
• Evaluate Customer Requirements: Responsible for evaluating customer requirements on complex technical challenges.
• Provide Solutions: Provide solutions to complex problems in a manner which meets both functional and security requirements.
• Ensure Compliance: Keep the team’s testing infrastructure operational and compliant with all TRMC directives and applicable RMF requirements.
• Collaborate With Teams: Work with other distributed team members to discuss current system status and desired future enhancements.

• Location: Remote
• Travel Requirements: Moderate 20-50%
• Working Hours: Standard

Qualifications:

Required:

• Clearance: Active TS/SCI
• Education: Technial Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree
• Experience: 10+ years of experience that include the following:
  • DoD Testing and Training Ranges
  • Military Instrumentation Systems
  • Data Analysis

Desired:

• Network Architecture Experience: Experience working with DoD Wide Area Networks and familiarity with various network architectures, multicast data flows, and common protocols to include:
  • Modeling and Simulation (M&S)
  • Live, Virtual and Constructive (LVC) Environments
  • Test Analysis and Test Planning
  • Testing in Distributed Exercises/Events
  • Cisco and/or Juniper Network certifications
  • Cisco Next Generation Firewall
  • Experience supporting systems within a DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF) accredited environment
  • SIEM (Splunk, SolarWinds, etc.)
  • Strong documentation skills (Writing SOPs, Creating Networking Diagrams)
