Senior Marketing Specialist (Reputation Marketing) (Korea)
As Senior Marketing Specialist (Reputation Marketing), you’ll support our client’s efforts to demonstrate their impact to Key Opinion Formers (KOFs) in South Korea. Our clients' products and services have been shaping generations and empowering cultures and societies worldwide. Being a video-sharing platform and one of the creative partner ecosystems, they’re boosting global creativity, learning and free expression. With that comes an ever-changing landscape of regulations and policies, and thus, helping policymakers and decision-makers across public and private sectors better understand our clients' contributions to economies and cultures across the region is increasingly important.
You’re a natural when it comes to moving and directing project parts and people in the same direction towards a common goal. You’d need to lead and run marketing campaigns, activations, and programme events and be able to navigate around a vast range of spreadsheets, trackers, forms, policies and communications channels with stakeholders that come from a variety of backgrounds, from tech to administrative councils.

Role:
- Partner with all project stakeholders, including internal Global, Regional and Local cross-functional teams (Marketing, PR, Government Affairs and Public Policy), as well as external partners and agencies to ensure alignment and the successful delivery of the project
- Support and manage marketing, media, and advertising campaigns & events across South Korea, managing external communications and ensuring they adhere to the company’s brand voice.
- Stay on top of content and marketing trends and conduct trend research to inform campaign strategies and ensure maximum impact.
- Collaborate with Regional and Local teams responsible for the Go-To-Market (GTM) plan and support the development of meaningful assets that can be used to land the narrative via high-impact activations/moments.
- Monitor and track performance metrics across GTM channels to identify learnings and areas for improvement, as well as celebrate achievements.
- Conduct research in areas that can help guide the Marketing strategy in the areas of Reputation and Responsibility.
- Support other teams beyond Marketing and immediate project stakeholders who are seeking to leverage Impact Report claims in their activations.
You:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience within a similar scope
- 5+ years of marketing and/or PR & comms experience, including multi-stakeholder management across multiple markets
- Excellent project management skills, managing complex dependencies and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery
- Self-starter with the ability to independently problem-solve
- Strong understanding or keen interest in trends and internet culture, particularly as they relate to the South Korean market
- Experience in event management experience, especially with tech clients; analytical capability, experience with analytical tasks, and driving insight for events.
- Ability to influence at all levels and work effectively across functions and geographies, including external creative agencies and media agencies.
- Good analytical understanding and very comfortable with data and distilling the key takeaways from research
- Experience driving cross-functional collaboration and alignment across many (senior) stakeholders
- Ideally, you have experience working within a fast-paced environment in a tech company and/or matrix organisation.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills and fluent in Korean language to cover projects across APAC.
