As the Senior Marketing Manager – Strategy & Marketing Enablement, you will be pivotal in driving TELUS Health’s success in the U.S. employer market by leading the broker marketing strategy and program enablement for top U.S. brokerage firms. In this role, brokers are defined as firms that specialize in guiding organizations through the process of selecting and managing their employee benefits packages that meet the unique needs of an employer's workforce. In close collaboration with Client Relationship Development (CRD) sales teams, you will design and execute initiatives that strengthen broker engagement and equip them with the tools and insights needed to champion TELUS Health solutions.
Additionally, you will use your strategic and analytical mindset, harnessing Salesforce and contact tools to empower the US, brand and product marketing teams to effectively target opportunities with campaigns and content at various stages of the funnel, advancing purchase consideration for TELUS Health’s core products. You will champion regional insights and leverage data to help our marketing team develop impactful campaigns that resonate with our regional and national opportunities.

What you’ll do

  • Broker Strategy:  As a top business priority in 2025, you will collaborate with marketing, brand, product marketing, product, pricing, business intelligence and rev ops to develop and execute a broker strategy tailored to top U.S. brokerage firms.
  • Broker Enablement: Identify, prioritize and deliver initiatives that empower brokers to position TELUS Health solutions with their clients (ex: training, thought leadership material, exclusive campaigns and specialty resources). 
  • Salesforce expertise: Lead reporting of marketing impact to sales funnel through Salesforce reporting and analytics, providing real-time visibility into broker engagement, marketing impact, and marketing enabled sales conversions.  
  • Data-Driven Insights: Create and maintain dashboards and reports that deliver actionable insights for marketing and sales teams by analyzing data trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, helping to refine marketing strategies and enhance broker effectiveness.  
  • Email Contact Strategy: Work closely with US marketing to build targeted 1:1l lists, leveraging Salesforce automation tools to develop segmentation, improve lead nurture and outreach results
  • Collaboration & Communication: As part of a high performance team, you will support quarterly and annual planning, providing regular updates on campaign results and deliver data-driven recommendations to optimize marketing and sales integration.  
     

What you bring   

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on B2B, partner enablement, or broker marketing.

  • Proven expertise in working with Salesforce and data analytics tools to drive marketing insights and results.

  • Experience working with sales teams to align strategies and achieve shared goals.

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to autonomously translate insights into actionable plans.

  • Ability to adapt quickly to change and innovate- to challenge the status quo

  • Proficiency in Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.

  • Exceptional relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams and levels.

  • Analytical mindset with a passion for using data to drive marketing strategies and outcomes.

  • Knowledge of the U.S. employee benefits landscape and broker dynamics is highly desirable.
