Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Product Management leader for Ulula’s product portfolio. In this role, you will run product strategy and integrated problem solving to create exceptional value for our growing purpose-driven organization while leading the integration of Ulula’s product with the broader EcoVadis suite. You will be responsible for partnering closely with other teams to understand their pain points, to define requirements and work with Ecovadis teams on integrated roadmaps to achieve the best-in-class stakeholder engagement technologies.
The successful candidate will report to the Managing Director - Ulula.
Responsibilities:

Define and execute the product vision and strategy for our B2B SaaS offerings.

Apply human-centered design principles to develop user-friendly and customer-centric products.

Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch.

Manage post-merger product integration and ensure smooth transition and alignment with company objectives.

Collaborate with Engineering, Implementation, Marketing, and Sales teams to deliver high-quality products.

Utilize product analytics tools to monitor product performance and derive insights.

Lead and mentor a team of Product Manager, Designers, Analyst and Engineers. Develop career paths and programs tailored to individual team member professional development.
Qualifications
-
10+ years of experience in Product Management, with a focus on B2B products.

Experience leading high performing and international teams across multiple time zones

Good understanding of large business dynamics, ideally around sustainability practices and responsible supply chain management

Curious mind – naturally asks the “so what?” questions and takes the extra steps to uncover insights from the analysis

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to collaborate across multiple facets of the business and present to leadership

Experience with A/B testing, hypothesis validation, user testing and analytics software
-
Proficiency in using product analytics tools to drive decisions and product KPIs.
Nice to have:

Experience managing post-merger product integrations and ensuring successful transitions.

Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Domo, and familiarity with SQL for database querying.

Experience with creative data storytelling techniques to make product insights impactful and actionable.

Deep knowledge and validated use of agile software development practices including Scrum/Agile methodology and continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) for delivering software applications and platforms
