Job Description

As a leader in the growth marketing team, you will be pivotal to setting up and scaling digital marketing capabilities and campaigns and drive growth.

  • Build & scale marketing campaigns to maximize efficient new user growth for existing and new paid channels, including paid search (SEM), social, display, programmatic, and retargeting
  • Hit monthly volume and efficiency targets by driving continuous improvement and hypothesis-driven experimentation of new optimization tactics
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience targeting to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Hit monthly spend and ROI goals by analyzing campaign performance to drive continuous improvement and hypothesis-led testing of new concepts.
  • Work cross-functionally with analytics, , creative, sales and regional marketing
  • Find creative and innovative solutions for acquisition and be able to make necessary enhancements to drive added value
  • Implement and optimize audience segmentation strategies, including demographic, firmographic, and psychographic targeting, to increase engagement and conversions.
  • Build and maintain a roadmap for testing and optimizing ad creative, audience targeting, and budget allocation.
  • Lead high-velocity experiments to rapidly identify and scale winning strategies that drive growth.
  • Manage retargeting efforts to maximize reach and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI and ensure alignment with broader growth goals.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of digital marketing, paid marketing, or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience running paid social, SEM and video campaigns for enterprise or SMB SaaS products with a focus on driving enterprise leads.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to testing, performance optimization, and ROI measurement.
  • Experience with paid media tools and platforms, such as DV360, LinkedIn, Demandbase, Google Analytics 4, as well as affiliates and partnerships as a channel.
  • The ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and adjust campaigns in real time based on performance.
  • Familiarity with incrementality testing, attribution methods, such as MMM and Geo-X.

  • Hybrid model: 4 days per month
