Job Overview

We are currently seeking a dynamic, highly motivated, and experienced individual for the position of Sr. Manager, Enterprise Infrastructure Architect.  This role will manage the extensive technology environment, including Active Directory, Office 365, Windows environment, VMWare, etc.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance duties where applicable on system (e.g. patching and lifecycle management)
• Provide Engineering and Operational Project Support, including VMWare, SharePoint, Okta, etc.
• Technical resource supporting client support when applicable, and escalation support path

Key Core Competencies

• Work independently on projects across various departments in the org
• Ability to present solutions and ideas across a diverse audience, including non-technical staff, and feel comfortable making recommendations
• Ability to recognize industry trends and work in a dynamic environment
• Knowledge of Life Science/Pharma information security practices and adhering to the internal policies

Education and Experience

• High school diploma required; college preferred
• One or more industry certifications, i.e. MCSA/MCSE, CCNA, etc.
• 10+ years’ experience required

The base salary range for this role is $112,000 to $140,000. Base salary is part of our total rewards package which also includes the opportunity for merit-based salary increases, short incentive plan participation, eligibility for our 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurances and leaves provided in line with your work state.  Our robust time-off policy includes unlimited paid time off, 11 paid holidays plus additional time off for a shut-down period during the last week of December, 80 hours of paid sick time upon hire and each year thereafter.  Total compensation, including base salary to be offered, will depend on elements unique to each candidate, including candidate experience, skills, education and other factors permitted by law.
