The Integrated Marketing team is a critical function to the marketing strategy, crafting and executing impactful campaigns that will drive Abnormal’s next phase of growth. As the Senior Manager, ABM Campaigns you will own, develop, and execute multiple campaigns that generate awareness, pipeline and increase market share for Abnormal products, with a specialty focus on account-based marketing. We are looking for an experienced Account-based Marketer to drive highly targeted, personalized marketing campaigns that engage and convert key accounts. You will collaborate closely with sales, field marketing and digital teams to execute multi-channel ABM programs that influence pipeline and accelerate deal velocity.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Campaign Development: Shape the strategy for your campaigns, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives, sales goals, and buyer personas. Deeply understand how to target, engage, and convert Enterprise buying committees.
- ABM Campaign Execution: Plan, build, and manage 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many programs for top enterprise accounts throughout the customer lifecycle, leveraging a land-and-expand strategy
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales and field marketing to define target account lists, align messaging, and ensure tight coordination between marketing and sales efforts. Deeply understand the sales GTM motions and be an extension of the field marketing team.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Partner with MOPs to build and implement an account-based reporting methodology. Meticulously measure effectiveness of ABM programs and account penetration success.
- ABM Technology: Use ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense) to execute account targeting and orchestration. Own the ABM techstack roadmap in collaboration with MOPs and be on the cutting edge of the latest tools and technologies.
- National & Regional ABM Activation: Create national campaigns that can be activated locally across the regional field sales teams.
Required Skills & Experience
- Enterprise Marketing experience required, including driving cross-sell and expansion campaigns
- Cross-Channel Expertise: Strong understanding of demand generation across multiple channels and the ability to adapt campaigns to the most effective platforms for target audiences.
- Exceptional Writing Skills: Ability to communicate complex ideas in simple terms and translate data into actionable business insights.
- ABM Expertise: Strong understanding of ABM strategies, enterprise sales cycles, and B2B buyer journeys.
- Analytical Mindset: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Project Management Excellence: Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
- Sales Alignment: Experience working with sales teams, aligning their business metrics to marketing campaigns, and driving pipeline growth.
- Effective Communication: Strong ability to craft clear, concise messages for internal and external stakeholders.
- Industry Experience: Experience in enterprise security or SaaS marketing is highly preferred.
