Job Responsibilities:
- Standardizing, preparing, and delivering detailed reporting and analytics to derive insights from data, bringing fiscal and operational awareness to support data driven decisions.
- Drive data analysis and insights discussions with the client, aligning with agreed-upon strategic goals.
- Support the compilation of metrics reporting and dashboarding to support client needs.
- Analyze KPI reports to provide recommendations for improvement, highlight opportunities, and drive awareness of metrics gaps.
- Lead efforts in data-driven root cause analysis to derive actionable insights and implement cost-efficient strategies.
- Work on standardizing data sets with respect to inconsistencies in data formats and nomenclature.
- Support broader initiatives focused on data innovation to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
- Build a thorough understanding of the client(s), their business, processes, and data systems to meet their business goals efficiently.
- Demonstrate leadership by collaborating with others, articulating ideas and viewpoints to senior management, peers, and others; identifying and initiating projects; managing resources; driving the resolution of issues; and holding self and team accountable for results.
- Manage customer relationships and expectations by establishing a data-driven communication process with the Program Manager.
- Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key customer stakeholders based on data insights.
- Meet all customer deadlines by providing timely and actionable insights.
- Act as an ambassador for data-driven decision-making processes, promoting the importance of analytics and visualization.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Analytics with 3 plus years of experience with Data Analytics, Project or Program Management or Operations Management or 6 years of experience with Data Analytics, Project or Program Management or Operations Management
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Pivot Tables and complex formulas
- Experience with Data Visualization Software, preferably Power BI is a must
- Proven operational ability to visualize, identify steps and implement processes
Preferred Experience:
- Knowledge of biopharmaceutical industry a plus
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Exhibits strong bias for action and a results orientation, tackling tough problems with firm deadlines, championing positive change
- Ability to travel as business requires
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position more than 50% of the time.
- Specific vision abilities required by this position include without limitation, the ability to observe details at close range (within a few feet of the computer screen), distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus in order to perform the essential service functions of this position.
- Occasionally operates office machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer
The annual compensation range for this full-time position is $85,000.00 to $100,000.00. The final base pay offered to the successful candidate will be determined by factors including internal equity, work location, as well as individual qualifications, such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
