Reporting to the Head of People, you will be a strategic people partner, responsible for implementing HR policies, supporting the professional development of our Engineering teams and leading projects that elevate our Talent Solutions function to a new level of excellence.

Responsibilities:

Support Employees’ Growth

• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of our workforce.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Conduct skills gap analyses to determine personnel needs.
• Design and deliver employee training programs (e.g. individual, team, skill-based and management training).
• Nurture and retain our talent.
• Drive initiatives to foster equal opportunity and diversity.




Team & Management Partner

• Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance.
• Support a positive and productive work environment by addressing employee morale and concerns proactively.
• Refine career paths and ensure each role has a clear set of responsibilities.
• Be Alice & Bob’s first culture advocate.




Project Development / HR Analytics

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
• Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department.
• Stay updated on industry trends to ensure competitive and attractive packages for employees.

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager or similar.
• In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws - France.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage HR initiatives.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal (English and French).
• Prior experience in a deep-tech company or scale-up is a plus.
