Job Description

We are looking for a Senio Full Stack Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of our cutting-edge medical and rewards applications. This role requires expertise in .NET and React, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced startup environment. You will play a key role in refining our architecture, enhancing UI performance, and helping expand our platform for enterprise clients, new product features, and AI-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable full-stack applications using React (TypeScript) and .NET.
• Work on system architecture improvements, including modularizing applications into different domains (e.g., payments).
• Optimize UI performance and enhance the user experience for our patient and client-facing apps.
• Contribute to the expansion of the platform for enterprise clients (permissions, integrations, configurations).
• Take ownership of projects and work independently while collaborating in a team-oriented culture.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior developers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Strong experience with .NET and React.
• Experience working in a startup environment, with adaptability and initiative.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, comfortable in a team-oriented culture.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and AWS.
• Familiarity with enterprise-level applications, integrations, and configurations.
