Senior Front-End Developer (React & Vue.js)

Software Requirements:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Front-End Developer with expertise in React and Vue.js to spearhead the development and delivery of web applications. The ideal candidate will provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of developers while ensuring high-quality coding standards and performance optimization.

Overall Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and delivery of React-based web applications, ensuring alignment with project goals and business needs.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of React developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other stakeholders, to create high-quality user experiences.
• Ensure adherence to high coding standards, security best practices, and performance optimization techniques.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in React and Vue.js development, integrating relevant advancements into the team’s work.

Technical Skills:

• Core Technologies: Proficiency in React, Vue.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• JavaScript Expertise: Strong understanding of JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• React Knowledge: Thorough understanding of React.js core principles and experience with popular workflows (e.g., Flux, Redux).
• Vue.js Proficiency: Strong experience in Vue.js, with knowledge of Vuex or other state management libraries.
• Front-End Languages: Familiarity with multiple front-end languages and libraries, including HTML, CSS, XML, and jQuery.

Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-9 years of experience in React and Vue.js development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality applications.

Day-to-Day Activities:

• Lead the design and implementation of React-based applications, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Mentor junior developers by sharing knowledge and best practices in React and Vue.js development.
• Collaborate with product management and design teams to deliver high-quality user experiences.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that adheres to industry standards.
• Develop and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure software reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise, providing effective solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
