Job Description

Identify fraud risks and mitigating controls for products in Traveloka, with preventive controls on top of the head over detective controls.

Manage and evaluate effectiveness of fraud controls in place for Traveloka group products and processes periodically and make adjustments
-
Translate insights from Fraud Investigators and liaise with Data Analytics and other relevant stakeholders to improve fraud parameters and other fraud controls
-
Develop and maintain fraud related reports for internal stakeholders on timely manner
-
Be the bridge between Fraud Ops and Data Team. Provide helps related to data to the investigating team on need basis.

Be the coordinator to compile requirements from the Fraud Ops to improve investigation business processes.

Manage fraud awareness programs for external party and communicate with relevant Teams to ensure that the programs are run effectively

Understand Traveloka products and business processes in-depth

Build a network of fraud knowledge and know-how

Be the ears on the ground on the new and upcoming fraud trend
Requirements
-
4+ years of experience in Anti fraud, Fraud Ops, Fraud Investigations, or similar role
-
Strong analytical thinking and detail oriented
-
Investigative and problem solving skills, supported by good interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to multitask, prioritize, maintain flexibility in a fast paced environment

Excellent both verbally and written English
