Partner with the Head of Finance to build and lead the Financial Planning & Strategy function, implementing robust processes and systems to support our growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and own the company's financial planning and analysis processes
- Lead implementation and optimization of a modern FP&A platform (Pigment/Mosaic/Abacum)
- Drive monthly/quarterly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning
- Partner with department heads to develop KPI frameworks and business insights
- Create board and executive-level financial materials and presentations
Requirements
- 5-8 years+ of FP&A experience, preferably in high-growth SaaS
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Strong data analysis capabilities
- Track record of cross-functional partnership and influence
