Primary Objective of the Financial Analyst in Diabetes Care : Empower stakeholders with financial insights, support strategic decisions, and ensure seamless month-end close activities.
Major Accountabilities:
- SG&A Management:
- Oversee operating expenses and month-end closing.
- Track P.O.s, invoices, and spending; alert deviations.
- Prepare monthly spending reports and support budget management.
- Foster finance culture and manage inter-company billing.
- Sales:
- Create sales dashboards and maintain daily sales tracker.
- Review credit notes and provide financial analysis for commercial policies.
- Month-End Close:
- Consolidate P&L, prepare Flash P&L report, and conduct ad-hoc analysis.
- Internal Controls:
- Act as main point of contact for compliance, internal (corporate) and external audits and their requests.
- Support internal control management and compliance.
- Ensure timely approvals and maintain audit records.
Background
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business or finance / accounting.
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Commercial Finance Function.
- Experience in a Big 4 is a plus.
- Strong business partner attitude to support the Commercial Business groups.
- Adapt quickly and learn new tasks independently.
- Set priorities and organize work to meet strict deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Good communications skills both verbal and written.
- Advanced MS Office knowledge.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Strong team player.
