The opportunity:
The Senior Director of Business Systems is a key leadership role responsible for shaping the company's strategic vision for enterprise business systems. This role will oversee the implementation, management, and optimization of platforms with a focus on HR and financial systems (e.g., Workday) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). This role is accountable for aligning technology solutions with overarching business objectives, driving operational excellence, fostering innovation, and championing a culture of continuous improvement to ensure the organization’s long-term success and scalability.
What you’ll do:

Collaborate with senior leaders to shape the strategic vision of enterprise business systems, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term growth and transformation objectives.

Lead the end-to-end strategy and execution for implementing, maintaining, and optimizing critical business systems, ensuring they exceed performance expectations while meeting evolving organizational needs.

Lead and inspire the business systems teams to achieve exceptional results while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and operational excellence.

Cultivate and strengthen strategic vendor partnerships to maximize value, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
What you’ll bring:

12+ years of experience in IT management, with a focus on business systems.

Proven knowledge and experience with HR and financial systems (e.g., Workday), and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). Marketing systems and e-commerce platform experience an advantage.

Extensive experience leading teams and influencing business stakeholders.

Excellent project management and organizational skills.

$185,000 - $205,000
Above is the annualized pay range for this position. In addition, this position includes the opportunity to earn our annual Performance Based Variable Pay Program. Actual salary will be set based upon a range of factors, including external benchmark market data, individual knowledge, skills, experience, location and internal equity.
