Job Description
- Manage and maintain Linux servers, working with configuration management (CFEngine)
- Work on definition of infrastructure as a code (IaC) - starting from Docker images and ending with Helm charts and K8s operators.
- Work on CI/CD pipelines and their optimisation to continuously deliver products faster and better
- Support, manage and operate K8s instances: installing new services, monitor them and fix bugs within K8s instances to improve the developer experience.
- Work with developers and system administrators to seamlessly integrate services.
Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving ability, with a creative, curious, and analytical mindset.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in server management and/or programming.
- Solid experience in Linux server management, both on-prem and and cloud (Azure)
- Wide knowledge of modern services and their purpose: Nginx, Php-FPM, Kafka, Redis, MySQL, ELK and similar.
- Proficient in configuration management tools (CFEngine), and in containerization technologies, such as Docker.
- Experience with high-availability and loadbalancing solutions
- Be interested and passionated about introducing new effective processes, solutions and tools.
- Be interested in AI tools and solutions is a plus.
