As the Senior Customer Engagement Manager within our Vaccines Team, reporting in to the PPH Head in South Korea, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the performance of the PPH disease portfolio. This involves developing local strategies and execution plans that differentiate our portfolio with competitive advantages, based on a clear understanding of corporate objectives and the broader Australian healthcare environment.

Main responsibilities:

  • Support Head of PPH Franchise: Execute global and MCO marketing and brand direction through glocal strategies and tactics.

  • Deliver Key Priorities/Financials: Drive customer experiences by setting priorities and budgets, ensuring strategic fund allocation, and tracking spending.

  • Develop Activation and Brand Plans: Lead MCO activation and GTM strategies, build local engagement plans, and map customer personas and journeys.

  • Implement Brand Strategies: Run campaigns, lead content development, improve sales team capabilities, and adapt global content for personalized interactions.

  • Orchestrate Marketing Execution: Ensure effective engagement and communication, test hypotheses for local insights, leverage data, foster communication, and track KPIs.

  • Manage PPH Societies: Oversee societies related to PPH, aligning with brand goals and engagement strategies.

  • Lead Firewall Brand Communication: Implement communication across stakeholders to execute global marketing and brand direction, deliver priorities, and develop plans.

  • Ensure Dynamic Marketing Execution: Implement strategies aligned with global/country plans and GTM strategies, ensuring effective engagement and communication.

  • Foster Effective Communication: Lead regular touchpoints across divisions and departments to enhance collaboration and track performance.

About you

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field e.g. Business, Commerce, Marketing, Science, Nursing, Pharmacy, Medicine.

  • Medicines Australia Code of Conduct.

  • Previous Product/ Brand experience (preferably in the pharmaceutical industry)

  • Digital marketing / Omnichannel engagement experience

  • Worked in teams where there is a high degree of accountability and collaboration across functions and roles.

  • Understanding of Sales and Marketing operating model, Go-to-Market transformation

  • Strong experience in developing and executing customer strategy.

  • Ability to make data-driven decisions based on HCPs/Pharmacists/Patients (consumers) needs
