The role.

We’re looking for a talented and experienced Senior Copywriter to help shape Zilch’s voice and ensure our copy across all channels is impactful, consistent and unmistakably us. You’ll work closely with the Head of Copy and Head of Creative and Design to deliver high-quality content that champions our tone of voice and raises the bar across the business. We’re after someone who knows great copy – creative at heart with a sharp eye for detail. You’ve got big ideas, a strategic mindset and strong opinions on everything from the Oxford comma to the perfect headline. You get the importance of clarity and know every word matters – from FAQs and CTAs to OOH campaigns (and everything in between).

Day-to-day responsibilities.

  •  Collaborate closely with the Head of Copy to ensure all output meets our tone of voice and brand standards.
  •  Interrogate briefs to ensure messaging aligns with customer needs and delivers the best possible outcome.
  •  Write and edit compelling copy for complex projects, from product launches to multi-channel campaigns.
  • Act as a guardian of our tone of voice, reviewing and refining work to ensure it’s consistent, on-brand and top quality.
  • Champion copy excellence across the business, advocating for its value and ensuring it’s at the heart of everything we do.
  • Partner with teams across the business to ensure messaging aligns with Zilch’s goals and resonates with our audience.
  • Strategically prioritise and shape projects to maximise impact while staying on-brand and customer-focused.

We're looking for...

  • Proven experience as a Senior Copywriter or similar role, ideally in a fast-paced creative environment.
  • Brilliant writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and consistency.
  • Strong understanding of brand tone of voice and how to apply it across multiple channels.
  • Ability to manage and deliver complex, multi-channel projects on time without compromising on quality.
  • Passion for creativity, with the ability to turn briefs into sharp, impactful copy.
  • An understanding and embracing of AI as a tool for copywriting and workflow.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
