The Senior Cloud Engineer will develop and maintain cloud infrastructure solutions on Azure for application development, focusing on automation, incident management, and observability while collaborating with teams in a regulated environment.

We are looking for someone with a combination of the following:

Experience & Ambition in developing and maintaining cloud infrastructure solutions (on Azure Public Cloud) that benefit application development squads.
Ambition in working in a large scale organization
Experience in IT Risk, (Major) Incident Management, Postmortems, etc.
Ambition to work on cloud infrastructure solutions in a regulated environment part of a team
Desire to work with and be part of a team

You have:

Experience with working on Azure Public Cloud
Experience working with terraform and terragrunt
Experience with provisioning AKS, PostgreSQL and CosmosDB
Experience on working with both the Azure control plane and Azure data plane side of resources
Experience on working with helm templates
Experience on working automating on infrastructure setup preferably using GitOps
Experience with container-based solutions
Experience with Azure DevOps
Experience with Kubernetes
Experience and thorough understanding of continuous delivery, deployment tools and pipelines.
A thorough understanding of application and infra observability
Bachelor / Master of Science in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Great analytical skills and conceptual / architectural understanding
Excellent communication skills to work with other IT engineers
Fluent English speaking and writing
