Job Description
- Execute and manage end-to-end optimization of the in-app user conversion funnel, focusing on system configuration and operational accuracy.
- Conduct detailed analysis of user behavior, feature performance, and conversion metrics using data dashboards and analytical tools.
- Implement traffic management strategies and tactical campaigns to maximize GMV, revenue and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with product, tech, and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of features and campaigns.
- Monitor system performance and resolve issues to maintain smooth campaign and in-app users experience.
- Set up and deploy tactical campaigns quickly in response to market trends, ensuring adherence to business performance goals.
- Continuosly test and fine-tune system settings, algorithms, and configurations to optimize performance.
- Stay informed on platform updates, tools, and best practices to ensure efficiency and accuracy in execution.
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of work experience in a Marketing role (experience in campaign management department is highly preferred).
- Good project management skills, able to cascade task and manage timelines to drive timely deliverables.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
- Detailed oriented, and self-motivated personnels.
- Self-driven, able to juggle multiple projects with clear prioritization. Able to perform under pressure and maneuver within business ambiguities.
- Proficient in data analysis and campaign performance metrics to make informed decisions and optimize results.
