Job Description:

Impact  

We are looking for a Business Analyst profile for our Shipping 360 Platform. The role requires one to be collaborate with cross-functional teams along with responsibility for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.  

As a BA, you should be able identify problems and opportunities from different product lines and provide solutions that help achieve the business goals.

The Job  

• Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions.

• Looking at different Shipping and Receiving products and identify data flow between various systems.

• Looking at various solutions and propose the best in terms of competitive offering.

• Observing the competition in terms of marketing/feature parity/technological approaches.

• Work with business and engineering stakeholders, for crisp requirement gatherings.  

• Coordinate among engineering teams for aligned feature implementations.

• Drive fresh initiatives for financial planning and business intelligence systems.

Required Qualifications & Skills   

This role requires a talented self-directed individual with a strong work ethic and the following skills:  

Must have  

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role  

• Experience in requirement gatherings for SaaS products  

• Strong Analytical background, preferably with Data mining

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills  

• Great attention to detail and Organizational skills   

• Degree in Business studies, administration, or relevant field
