We are hiring a Senior Business Analyst - GTM Systems to collaborate with business stakeholders in defining, analyzing, designing, and documenting business requirements and solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity in a high-growth SaaS environment, where you’ll work with various technologies, experienced professionals, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Business Analysis & Solution Design
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for GTM Systems and Salesforce solutions
- Analyse, configure, and optimize Salesforce (Sales Cloud, CPQ, Marketing Cloud) solutions
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements to maximize Salesforce efficiency
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure successful implementation of requirements
- Project Execution & Agile Delivery
- Lead requirements workshops, stakeholder meetings, and UAT sessions
- Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams to deliver enhancements in an Agile environment
- Maintain JIRA, Confluence, and related project management tools
- Oversee testing processes (manual/automation) and sprint management
- Data & Reporting
- Ensure data integrity and governance across Salesforce and GTM systems
- Support business teams in analyzing and visualizing key revenue metrics
- User Enablement & Documentation
- Develop and maintain functional documentation, process flows, and training materials
- Conduct workshops, demos, and training sessions to drive user adoption
- Provide support for change management and continuous improvement initiatives
- Tools Evaluation
- Strong understanding of AppExchange tools and Sales & Marketing technologies, including Marketo, ZoomInfo, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, to assess, implement, and optimize their usage for business needs.
We’d love to hear from you, if you:
- Have 5+ years of experience in Lead-to-Cash, Quote-to-Cash, or GTM Systems (Salesforce, Sales Cloud, CPQ, Marketing Cloud)
- Can design and document scalable solutions to meet business needs
- Have hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow, Reports, Dashboards, and Data Loader
- Possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across global teams
- Are experienced in data management, reporting, and business intelligence tools
- Have a strong analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
- Thrive in an Agile environment and can multitask across changing priorities
- Are open to working hybrid in Pune
- Salesforce certifications (Certified Business Analyst, Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, or CPQ Specialist)
- Experience with CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or other Salesforce products
- Exposure to leading cross-functional teams and driving Salesforce initiatives
