The Role and What You’ll Do:

The Senior B2C Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing visually compelling designs for the FIFA World Cup 26™ Official Hospitality program. This role requires a highly skilled and innovative designer with extensive experience in B2C design, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for soccer. The Senior B2C Designer will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to create engaging and on-brand visual content that resonates with our target consumer audience.

  • Develop and execute creative design concepts for various B2C marketing materials, including digital ads, social media graphics, email templates, print collateral, and website visuals.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and create designs that effectively communicate key messages and drive consumer engagement.

  • Ensure all designs are on-brand, visually appealing, and aligned with the overall marketing strategy of the hospitality program.

  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.

  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in B2C design to continuously elevate the visual identity of the hospitality program.

  • Provide creative input and design solutions for special projects, events, and promotional campaigns.

  • Work closely with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure consistency and quality across all design deliverables.

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance the overall creative direction.

  • Conduct regular reviews and critiques of design work to ensure continuous improvement and adherence to brand guidelines.

  • Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

 

You Have These:

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in B2C design, preferably within the sports, hospitality, or events industries.

  • Experience working on large-scale sporting events or global marketing campaigns.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative design projects and proficiency in digital and print design.

  • Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

  • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

  • Extremely creative with a strong desire to push the boundaries and deliver innovative marketing campaigns that perform.

  • Experience working with digital marketing teams to iterate on design concepts based on data-driven performance insights.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Passion for soccer and familiarity with the FIFA World Cup.

 

We’d Love If You Also Have These:

  • Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).

  • Bilingual or multilingual proficiency (especially French and/or Spanish).

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment.

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Knowledge of FIFA regulations and standards related to marketing and hospitality.

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.


Hiring Range Minimum:

$90,000 annually
