Mumbai – SS&C Compliance Team - Senior Associate/ Associate manager

Senior Associate Responsibilities

SMA Compliance: 

-      Daily monitoring of SMA portfolio investment guideline rules (reviewing and analyzing compliance test results) for client, for both pre-trade and post trade compliance deliverable.

-      Compliance system data governance – manage all data extract upload process, run data governance tools in Anova to ensure all scheduled extracts successfully loaded,. Review, resolve or escalate issues and follow up to complete end to end process.

-      Review IMA,  then model  and stress test investment guideline and compliance rules in SS&C proprietary  compliance engine.

-      Produce and provide monthly SMA compliance reports for client review

-      Manage all compliance system data oversight ensuring data quality and integrity based on instructions provided from client as instructed by the US/UK compliance teams.

• Train new hires  on both product and operational processes

CLO Compliance:

-Use recon tools to run weekly and monthly CLO portfolio data reconciliation against trustee data– identify, research,and resolve breaks with upstream teams, prepare file for delivery to US/UK team for review.

-      Review CLO Indentures,  then model  and stress test investment guideline and compliance rules in SS&C proprietary  compliance engine.
