We’re looking for a Senior Applied Data Scientist who expects more from their career:
It’s a chance to apply your expertise to distil complex problems into compelling insights using the best of data analytics and human creativity to deliver effective and impactful solutions for clients. Joining our advanced data science team, you’ll investigate, develop, implement and deploy a range of complex applications and components while working alongside super-smart colleagues challenging and rewriting the rules, not just following them.
You will help optimize our client's marketing campaigns, provide actionable insights, and improve personalization strategies. The ideal candidate should have the ability to prototype solutions to facilitate development and testing of algorithms on large data sets. You will be developing innovative and efficient products, services and solutions based on state-of-the-art technology.
What We Expect From You
- 5 -8 years of relevant experience
- Programming skills (Python, SQL are a must have)
- Degree in Statistics, Maths, Physics, Economics or similar field.
- Comfortable handling and pre-processing large datasets and using Pyspark.
- Statistical modeling, predictive modelling, and the application of machine learning algorithms and data science in client problems.
- Knowledge of frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace or Langchain.
- Understanding of deep learning techniques and neural networks.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (either AWS, GCP, Azure) along with knowledge of CI/CD tools.
- Applied knowledge in either NLP/NLU or reinforcement learning or Computer Vision.
- Stakeholder management and analytical thinking.
Good to have Skills:
- Experience in retail media or marketing analytics and campaign delivery.
- Experience in developing and deploying large language models/GenAI models in production.
- Experience in creating chatbot for information retrieval or conversational assistants.
