Position Summary
The Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting innovation pipeline execution for KHC's Mac & Cheese and Shelf Stable Meals portfolio , within the Easy Ready Meals platform. This role will focus on best-in-class innovation strategy, new item commercialization, and developing recommendations for consumer-focused solutions across two powerhouse brands: Kraft Mac & Cheese and Velveeta .
Key Components of the Role

  • This individual will support end-to-end innovation pipeline, from idea development to consumer validation to product commercialization


  • H igh level of collaboration with business unit and cross-functional partners to develop strategy and execute launches


  • Analysis of business and market performance, opportunity identification , and action plan execution


  • Ensure daily progress across multiple simultaneous initiatives


  • Track project timeline / work plan toward key deliverables


  • Support forecast modeling , P& L and budget management for innovations


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's d egree in business , m arketing, or related field


  • Minimum 2 + years' experience in marketing required


  • Strong interpersonal skills, self-starter and ability to multitask and balance competing priorities


  • Consumer obsession, with the ability to identify market trends and key insights


  • A nalytical skills and attention to detail


  • A bility to influence teams and manage multiple stakeholders


  • O rganizational and project management skills , with motivation to improve and integrate processes

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$88,000.00 - $110,000.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
